She calls Tsukishima stupid, and says that even though Ginjo was the one who saved all of them, that they were unable to do the same for him, and that in the end Ichigo was the one who saved him. Rukia throws herself in the way, and Riruka emerges from her and takes the slice instead. Ichigo silently stands beside Ginjo, only for the sudden appearance of Tsukishima who aims his sword straight for Ichigo who is caught off guard. As Ginjo lays there dying, he wonders how things would have been if the roles had been reversed, with him being in Ichigo’s current position while Ichigo would have been the one who felt betrayed by Soul Society. Ginjo tries to keep up, but is ultimately outmatched by Ichigo who eventually lands the finishing blow on Ginjo, sending him crashing back down to the ground. It doesn’t take long though before Ichigo starts landing hits on Ginjo, slicing him pretty good and spilling his blood. The episode starts with Ginjo and Ichigo continuing their fight from the previous episode, with both in Bankai and both doing their best to come out the winner. So yes, putting my feelings to the side for now, it’s time for the actual review of this final episode. I had a feeling I was going to spend more time going over my thoughts on Bleach as a whole rather than this episode, so to prevent doing so, I do plan to write up something seperate explaining about my thoughts and feelings on Bleach in general. Knowing this was coming didn’t make it any easier at all, and as such the episode as a whole felt very bittersweet. The only part i thought was a bit more detailed in the manga was the reveal of hashirama's Mokuton Shin Sūsenju but it still great enough to show its lvl of scale.Īniyways great episode, i really do hope the anime can keep up this type of quality.Bleach Episode 366, the very last episode of the Bleach Anime. This is what it really needs to be in order to get the audience's attention. Perfect for the upcoming battles, especially hashirama and madara. In regards to the animation a few people stated that it wasn't that adequate, i just have to say, what in the hell are you smoking? The art and animation in this was excellent, very fluid, very crisp art. Cause we pretty much have almost finished all of the material with this current opening. So im assuming that this mini back story may be extended at least till the next opening. But i am also thinking of the way the pacing is right now and this moment in the story would be the perfect time for the studio to add additional filler and scenes, before it returns to the war, because the upcoming fights are just going to be insane and there will be no way to break way from the action long enough to include filler. Nothing next episode even remotely resembles a hint of filler, its full on canon. I have to say, yeah im not sure why everyone is claiming filler next week. Well i finally watched the episode this time lol. It would be interesting to create a filler based on that time period, maybe giving us even more background details then the manga had. Honestly i am not to worried though, the warring states period is a very interesting historical time in the narutoverse time period. I figured they would extend the next flashback into filler, they have to make up some time somewhere other wise they are going to catch up way to quickly at the rate they are going. This time how ever, there personalities are intact so they have complete control over there jutsu. If you remember he used the tags to erase there personality, so they were more like zombies and had no control over there actions, thus is why they were so incredibly weak as well at that time. Is it just me or did this episode seem too short?Īaaaand a new plot hole: If the 1st Hokage has the power to undo Orochimaru's reanimations, why didnt he do that the first time Orochimaru invaded Konoha?!īecause when orochimaru invaded konoho, they were mere puppets being controlled by him.
